These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the phpcom platform. By registering an account or accessing any part of phpcom, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before you play.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use phpcom. This is a strict legal requirement under Philippine law. phpcom reserves the right to request government-issued ID at any time and to close accounts where age verification fails.
Each player may hold only one phpcom account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. Your account is personal and non-transferable.
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Specific requirements are stated in each promotion's terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus.
All phpcom account balances are held in Philippine Peso (₱). Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, and Philippine bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and others). Debit cards are accepted. Credit card deposits are not permitted.
phpcom provides deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, and self-exclusion tools. Players are encouraged to use these tools. phpcom may impose limits or suspend accounts where problem gambling indicators are detected, in line with PAGCOR guidelines.
Fraud, collusion, use of automated software (bots), exploitation of software errors, money laundering, and any form of cheating are strictly prohibited. Violations result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds, with potential referral to Philippine authorities.

phpcom reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility requirements are not met. Any winnings generated by an ineligible player are void and will be forfeited.
3.1 Registration. To access phpcom's gaming services, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.
3.2 One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to hold only one phpcom account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. phpcom will close all duplicate accounts and may forfeit any associated balances.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phpcom login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. phpcom will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.4 Suspicious Activity. You must notify phpcom immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. phpcom may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported security incident.
3.5 Account Verification (KYC). phpcom may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) procedures at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phpcom accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and Philippine bank transfers including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted.
4.2 Prohibited Payment Methods. The following payment methods are strictly prohibited on phpcom: (a) credit cards of any kind, which are banned for gambling deposits under Philippine regulations; (b) cryptocurrency of any kind, including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or any other digital asset.
4.3 Currency. All phpcom account balances are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). phpcom does not hold balances in foreign currencies.
4.4 Deposit Processing. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your phpcom account within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect, depending on the sending institution.
4.5 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours of approval, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically clear within one (1) hour of processing. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) banking days.
4.6 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. phpcom reserves the right to request documentation confirming ownership of the withdrawal destination. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in the phpcom account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.
4.7 Anti-Money Laundering. phpcom complies with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. Unusual transaction patterns may trigger enhanced due diligence procedures, including requests for source-of-funds documentation. phpcom is required by law to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines.
5.1 General. phpcom may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is specified in each promotion's terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. phpcom reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
5.4 Promotion Availability. Promotions are available to eligible players only and may be subject to geographic, game-type, or time restrictions. phpcom reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on phpcom is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics.
6.2 Random Number Generation. All phpcom games that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG systems are independently tested and certified to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes.
6.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault that affects the outcome of a game, phpcom reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. phpcom's decision in such matters is final.
6.4 Disconnection Policy. phpcom is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet connectivity issues on the player's side. Where a disconnection occurs during a game round, the round will be completed according to the game's standard rules and the result recorded in phpcom's system logs will be considered final.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phpcom platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

9.1 Ownership. All content on the phpcom platform — including but not limited to the phpcom name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the property of phpcom or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Limited License. phpcom grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any phpcom content.
9.3 Restrictions. You must not scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the phpcom platform. You must not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any phpcom software. Any unauthorized use of phpcom intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action.
10.1 Platform Availability. phpcom does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical issues, and circumstances beyond phpcom's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features.
10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phpcom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity.
10.3 Cap on Liability. phpcom's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phpcom account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Force Majeure. phpcom shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, power failures, internet outages, or civil unrest.
11.1 Privacy Policy. phpcom's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by the phpcom Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference.
11.2 Data Protection Law. phpcom processes personal data in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and its implementing rules and regulations.
11.3 Regulatory Disclosure. Notwithstanding any privacy obligations, phpcom is required by law to disclose player information to PAGCOR, the AMLC, and other Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authorities upon lawful request. Such disclosures do not constitute a breach of phpcom's privacy obligations to you.
12.1 Right to Amend. phpcom reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
12.2 Notice. For material changes, phpcom will provide notice via email to the address registered on your account, or via an in-platform notification, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect where reasonably practicable.
12.3 Continued Use. Your continued use of the phpcom platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of phpcom, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.
13.3 Regulatory Complaints. If you believe phpcom has acted in breach of its regulatory obligations, you may file a complaint with PAGCOR through its official channels.
